I got a phone call from someone that was barely able to speak English, and when I told them I wasn’t interested in changing and asked to be taken off the list they got huffy and hung up on me and not 10 sec later someone else calls. They make the calls look like they are coming from a local # I again told her I wasn’t interested and asked to be removed, and she cussed me out in a foreign language. I tried to call them back and that # wouldn’t go through, but the other one did. I wasn’t as upset w/ the 1st one until I asked to speak to a supervisor and she hung up on me, multiple times. So I continued to call back. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and she asked me to hold, I said thank you and she asked like she was transferring me and just hung up again. I called back and asked again, She said the supervisor wasn’t in, but wanted the same as she did. She hung up again, so I kept calling she had a few other people answer my call, one time it was a guy and He went through the spill and I answered that I would talk to an Insured Agent. He said you really want to, I said yes. He said ok, 1 sec and he too hung up. So I continued to call until it went to an answering system and found out it is Medicare Advantage Centers that they work for. I have the phone #’s saved of who called me. 812-616-6233 & 812-274-1015.
